The 2nd edition of World Cashew Convention
concluded successfully on 18-20 February, 2016
at Al Bustan Rotana, Dubai. WCC 2016 was a
enhanced program spread over 3 days, including
ample time for networking. |

WCC,
an initiative of CashewInfo.com, was conceived
to create a global platform for cashew industry
to discuss critical issues concerning the RCN
and Kernel markets.WCC's objective to involve
all the stakeholders was successful. WCC 2016
offered a great networking platform, with over
420 delegates from 33 countries participating
from over 245+ companies from private,
government and non-government sectors. The
convention also saw over 20 exhibitors and a
host of sponsors and partners. WCC was well
supported by various country partners such as
the National Cashew Institute (INCAJU)
Mozambique, National Cashew Association of
Nigeria (NCAN), African Cashew Alliance (ACA),
Cashewnut Board of Tanzania, AFI US, AEC-CI,
KCMA and Nutpak. |

Apart from host of panel discussions, business
meetings and exhibition, the delegates had a
plenty of time to network and build business
relationship through 3 days of networking lunch,
cocktail reception and gala cocktail dinner. The
atmosphere provided a perfect opportunity to
relax and close the convention by thanking the
sponsors and partners. |
